Sonja Crowder asks that we continue to pray for her husband, Barry, as he has an appointment on Wednesday with his doctor to discuss some things regarding the cancer he has. Rosemary asks that we pray for her family, especially Joey and Chasity. Please pray for Robin Zamorski who has been in ICU at Lewis Gale for a week. They put her on a vent and she is in rough shape. Please pray for Frank. He is having his carotid artery stented today. He will come home tomorrow. Also, pray for my sweet cousin, Gwynne, just diagnosed with metastatic cancer, probably started in her stomach. She has been in the hospital for over a week, in a coma part of that time, with inflammation around her brain. Also pray for her mother, my first cousin, and her two sons. They all know about the Lord but I'm not sure they have accepted him as Savior. Good friends of our family, in Bedford, had a house fire last night (Wed, Dec 21). Thankfully, they didn't lose the entire house, but the 2nd floor was mostly destroyed. Pray for the Lord's provision for them. Pray for my youngest brother, John Moring. He is a critical care respiratory therapist in GA. He is also an avid hunter and fisherman. He's had a persistent infection in his right trigger finger. 2 surgeries and multiple rounds of antibiotics have not worked. They are planning a 3rd surgery. If it doesn't work he will lose the finger. He is quite upset and depressed. Anna's (Daughter of David and Elizabeth Harris) surgery to correct her winged-scapula went well. She is in right much pain. Continued prayers appreciated. Pat Nichols asks that we pray for her 96 year old sister, Pauline Reed, who is hospitalized after suffering a stroke yesterday morning. Please pray also for Pauline's daughter, Carolyn McPeak as she has Alzheimer's and the family is concerned that the news of her mother's stroke will seriously affect her health. Please continue to pray for Anna Harris (daughter of David & Elizabeth Harris) as she had out-patient surgery today for nerve damage to her scapula.
