I have a local Afghan friend who is a follower of Jesus and she requested I share her request to our church family. Please pray for her sister's family still living in Afghanistan. She and her teenage son and daughter are also followers, but her husband is opposed to their faith. As a result, he has become physically abusive toward her and their son and has threated to call the Taliban to kill them. The son has run away and is in hiding. Pray for salvation for the husband! May he have dreams and vision of Jesus! Also, my friend is looking for Americans who would be willing to sponsor at least the teenage children. Thank you for lifting them up in prayer! -Julian
