The Administrative arm of RFBC consists of full and part-time staff who support the Pastors and the numerous ministries of the church. These staff members are vitally important in the daily operation of all that takes place, including financial accountability, custodial and maintenance of all facilities, communications, clerical and secretarial support, project assistance, membership tracking, and other activities.
