Three Expressions, One Message

Will there be any changes to the Heroes and Route 56 ministries on Sunday morning?
Other than the time change, there won’t be any changes to the basic structure for both the Heroes and Route 56 ministries.  Everything that was offered at 9:00 will be offered at 9:30, and everything that was offered at 10:40, will be offered at 10:50.

Will there be childcare available for the Heritage service at 8:30?
Yes.  Infant – Kindergarten childcare will be available starting at 8:15 a.m., during the Heritage Service; which starts at 8:30 a.m.  We will also transition the children to their next class, which starts at 9:30.

Are all of the changes taking place permanent?
No. The leadership considers this a “trial” or “pilot” through December. Any or all of the changes can be reversed or tweaked by the end of the “trial” or “pilot” period, if necessary.

What time will the services end?
The Heritage service will end at 9:20 am, Resonate will end at 10:35, and Celebrate will end at 12:15 am.  Celebrate is slightly longer, to allow for baby dedications, baptisms, and other elements that are typically part of that service.

Will there be any changes to student ministries on Sunday morning?
Yes.  Students will attend Resonate service at 9:30; all Student Sunday School will meet at 10:50.

How should I dress for any service?
While, you will notice the pastors and worship leaders dressed differently in the different services, there is no dress code for any service of any style.  In all three services, you’ll see attire ranging from jeans and shorts to suits and dresses.

Will the music for the Resonate service be “Heavy Metal” type?
No.  The music will be band driven, and much of the songs will be presented in similar format to Passion (Tomlin, Crowder, Fee) or Hillsongs.  There will be more prominent guitars and overall volume may be louder, but not to an extreme.

Where will the Sunday School Classes meet?

There will need to be some room assignment changes but we believe we can accommodate all the classes.

When will my Sunday School Class meet?
Each class will determine this on its own.  Once these decisions are finalized, the church website and other literature will be updated with any room or time changes.

Is there any flexibility for a Sunday School Class to start or end at an earlier or later time than the “regular schedule?”
Yes, to some extent. The flexibility is limited by Sunday School room use by classes meeting before and after; of course, children need to be picked up promptly at designed times.  Individual Sunday School class needs should be directed to Pastor Mark.
