Rainbow Forest is a Southern Baptist Church. Most Southern Baptist Churches give all their missions money to Southern Baptists Works and Agencies. We have decided at Rainbow Forest to support the Southern Baptist Mission efforts and also support independent missionaries outside of the Southern Baptist Convention.

There have been five families from our church that have gone through the International Mission Board. The IMB meets 100% of their funding needs.

Southern Baptist Works that are funded through the Missions Budget:
- International Mission Board
- North American Mission Board
- Virginia’s Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia

Each year we give our members an opportunity to give to the annual Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (international missions) and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering (North American missions). One hundred percent of these funds go directly to mission work.
