Worship Experience: 8:15am | 9:15am | 10:50am

The Personnel Committee will review a job description submitted at the time of recommendation for employment and interview all paid church personnel prior to employment; determine compensation and benefit policies and individual salaries; counsel with and advise each employee as needed.
The committee will recommend any disciplinary action believed needed for staff members to the Pastor for handling in his role as shepherd. Any disciplinary action needed regarding the pastor will be handled by the committee as a whole and not by any one person.
