This summer, we would love for you to volunteer once a month for light maintenance around the church.  God has gifted us with a great team of maintenance staff to help us keep the facilities in great shape but they could use your help in some small maintenance tasks.  The LORD sent this message to the people of Israel through the prophet Haggai:  “Why are you living in luxurious houses while my house lies in ruins?”  I am not saying that our church is in ruins but I believe it is important that we are good stewards with the facilities and grounds that God has given us and they should be kept in top quality. 
Exodus 34-40 gives us the example of how every person did their part in regard to God’s house.  If God has given you a skill in painting, carpentry, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance or you are willing to serve where needed; we could use your help.  Let’s have the same problem that Moses had in Exodus 36:2-7, the people gave and volunteered so much they had to restrain the people from doing anymore
